DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

In the Sikorka.net store, you can shop without registering an account!
You can do this in a few steps:

  • Add the products you're interested in to your "Basket." Choose your preferred shipping and payment method, and then click "Next.".
  • Enter the email address to which we will send information about the status of your order and confirm by clicking "Next".
  • In the form, enter the data for which the invoice will be issued.
  • Select the necessary consents and click “Next”,
  • Select your payment method for your order and click “Next”.
  • In the next step, make sure that all the data provided is correct and confirm the order by clicking the "Place order and pay" button.
How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

The time it takes to prepare your order for shipping (delivery) is 5-8 days. However, we usually do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that we only prepare and ship your order on BUSINESS DAYS, Monday through Friday, NOT including weekends.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes. This email includes a link to track your order.

Will my items be delivered in one package?

Yes, the products are placed in one package.

CAN I EDIT AN ORDER I HAVE ALREADY PLACED AND WHERE?

Unfortunately, you cannot edit your placed order yourself.

But of course, you can email us atsikorka. If your order hasn't been picked up by the courier yet, you can always change it.

CAN I COMBINE TWO ORDERS INTO ONE?

If your orders haven't shipped yet and you'd like to combine them, please contact customer service. This can be done by emailingsikorka

WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE WITH MY ORDER?

Is it possible to return or exchange goods?

Finished products are returnable, but custom-made products are unfortunately not returnable. All our products are guaranteed against defects.

How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

The time it takes to prepare your order for shipping (delivery) is 5-8 days. However, we usually do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that we only prepare and ship your order on BUSINESS DAYS, Monday through Friday, NOT including weekends.

How do I change my shipping address?

What courier is used to send parcels?

For delivery within Europe, we use Inpost and DPD. Outside of Europe, parcels are shipped via FedEx.


Instructions and tips

Can you stick a map on a rough wall?

If your wall is rough, we recommend mounting the maps using quick-drying silicone adhesive. Make sure you apply enough adhesive to ensure the map adheres securely to the wall.

What glue should I use to stick the map?

To attach the maps, we recommend a strong, quick-drying silicone glue, such as MAMUT Montage glue or Pattex Fix all in one.

How much glue do I need to buy?

To mount one map measuring 250 x 125 cm, one 250 g tube of glue is enough.

Do you provide installation services?

In addition to online sales, we also offer professional installation services for our products. Applying the maps is quite simple – you can do it yourself, but for complete convenience and to ensure a perfect result, you can outsource the installation to our specialists. If the wall is properly prepared, installation is quick and easy. Each map also comes with installation instructions and a template, allowing you to apply the map yourself and precisely.

Should a moss map be watered?

A moss world map is completely maintenance-free, requiring no watering, fertilizing, or pruning. It also doesn't require sunlight or lamps. The moss itself is a very hardy plant, as it doesn't need contact with soil. Minimal moisture is enough to keep the moss velvety soft and maintain its lush green color. Green maple moss will retain its natural green color and pleasant velvety feel if the humidity level is maintained at 40-60%. This is the normal humidity level found in any home where people live.

Is the LED map battery powered or does it require a power supply?

The LED Map is a power-requiring device and comes with a desktop power adapter. This adapter plugs into a standard European or US outlet to provide power.

What is the difference between a Classic map and a Premium map?

The Classic map has laser-engraved country labels.
The Premium map contains country labels, about 400 cities, rivers, and lakes. This map is made using UV printing technology.

How to choose the size of a wall map?

Choosing the right size map for your wall depends on many factors, including the size of your wall, the purpose for which you're displaying the map, and your personal aesthetic preferences. Here are some steps to help you choose the right size map for your wall:

Wall Measurement: Carefully measure the wall where you want to place the map. This will help you determine the available space and dimensions.
Purpose of the Map: Decide why you want to place the map on the wall. Should it be a decorative element or a practical tool, such as a world map for educational purposes?
Scale: Determine whether you want the map to fill the entire wall or be part of a larger gallery wall with other images or decorations. This will help determine the map's scale.
Space Management: Leave margins around the map, ideally 20-30 cm on all sides, to avoid an indentation effect and provide the map with space.
Map Size : Choose the appropriate size map based on your chosen wall dimensions and scale. Make sure the map is easy to see and read.
Overall Aesthetics: Choose a map whose color scheme and style complement your interior design. Balance: If the map will be hung above a piece of furniture, such as a desk or sofa, place it at an appropriate height so that it is balanced against the furniture and at eye level.
Visual proof: Using cut-out cardboard or tape, create a visual sketch of the map in your chosen size on the wall to see how it will look in real life.

Which color map should I choose?

Natural : This color can complement more neutral interiors. It's a typical wood color that complements a variety of decor styles, from classic to modern.

Oak : Oak can be a great choice for more traditional and rustic interiors. It's a light wood tone that will liven up a space.

Walnut : Walnut is a warm and rich color. It's a good choice if you want to add warmth and elegance to a space.

Ebony : Ebony is a deep, dark wood shade, suitable for more upscale and modern interiors. It's a bold choice that can attract attention.

The final choice depends on your personal taste, interior style, and the effect you want to achieve. You can also consider what other design elements, such as furniture and accessories, will complement the chosen map color.

Should I purchase a mounting template separately?

When you order a map, a template is included, but you can purchase more templates if you plan to move the map to a different location later.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED?

You can return the product in any way you like, bearing the return shipping costs.

We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

WHEN AND HOW WILL THE REFUND BE MADE?

We will refund your payment within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold the refund until you receive the product or provide us with proof of return, whichever comes first.

How to file a complaint?

If you wish to file a complaint, please send an email tosikorkadescribing the situation, attaching photos of the damage/defects, and specifying the desired solution (replacement/refund/discount). We will confirm your registration in a return message. We will review your complaint within a maximum of 14 days.


Discount

Where can I enter the discount code?

If you have a discount code, you can use it according to its terms. When you place your order, there's a "Enter discount code" field in your shopping cart. Enter your code and confirm, and your order will be automatically reduced.

Why is the discount code not working?

If after entering the discount code it does not work, it means that:

  • It may have been entered incorrectly.
  • Its expiration date has passed.
How to use a Gift Voucher?

Simply enter the voucher code in the "Enter discount code" field and confirm. Your order value will be automatically reduced.

How long is a Gift Voucher valid?

The voucher is valid for 12 months from its purchase.


Cooperation

How does the registration process work at your Wholesaler?

Currently, you can place orders on our website www.sikorka.net by entering your individual discount code. We are working on creating a B2B platform.

Is it possible to send my own waybill?

We prefer to send parcels on our own waybills.

How often is inventory updated?

All our products are made to order, delivery time is up to 8 business days.

Do you allow deferred payment (trade credit) – the possibility of purchasing goods with later payment?

Unfortunately not, we accept payments via Blik, PayPal and credit card.

Which courier companies do you use?

We use the courier services of Inpost DPD and FedEx.

Are there other forms of delivery, e.g. parcel lockers and others?

Unfortunately, our parcels do not fit into parcel lockers.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

In the case of dropshipping, we do not accept cash on delivery payments.

How are documents issued – does one order = one invoice, or do you issue invoices collectively, and if collectively, for what periods/for how many orders?

A separate invoice is issued for each order.

By what time should I place my order to have it processed the same day?

The processing time is up to 8 business days, so we are not able to process your order on the same day.

Can I use your photos and descriptions?

Yes, we provide an XML file.
