For deliveries within Europe, we use Inpost and DPD. Outside Europe, parcels are shipped via FedEx.

If the wall is rough, we recommend installing the maps using a quick-drying silicone adhesive. Make sure you apply enough adhesive so that the map adheres well to the wall.

For mounting maps, we recommend a strong, quick-drying silicone adhesive, such as MAMUT Montage, Pattex Fix all in one.

One tube of glue (250 g) is enough to mount one map sized 250 × 125 cm.

In addition to online sales, we also offer professional installation services for our products. Installing the maps is quite simple—installation can be done by yourself, but for full convenience and to be sure of a perfect result, you can arrange installation with our specialists. If the wall is properly prepared, installation goes smoothly and quickly. Each map also comes with an installation instruction and a template that allows you to attach the map yourself in a precise way.

A moss world map is completely maintenance-free; it does not require watering, fertilizing, or trimming. It also does not need sunlight or lamps. The moss itself is a very resilient plant because it does not require contact with soil. Only minimal moisture is enough to keep the moss velvety and preserve its vivid green color. The green reindeer moss will keep its natural green color and pleasant-to-touch velvety fluff if the humidity stays at 40–60%. This is standard humidity found in any home where people live.

The LED map is a device that requires power and is delivered with a desk power adapter. This adapter can be plugged into a standard European or American outlet to provide power.

The Classic map has laser-engraved country labels.
The Premium map includes country labels, about 400 cities, rivers, and lakes. This map is made using UV printing technology.

Overall aesthetics: Choose a map whose color palette and style match your interior design. Balance: If the map is to be hung above a piece of furniture, for example a desk or a sofa, place it at the right height so it looks balanced with the furniture and at eye level.
Visual proof: Using a cut-out cardboard piece or self-adhesive tape, create a visual outline of the map at the chosen size on the wall, so you can see how it will look in real life.

Natural: This color can suit more neutral interiors. It is a typical wood color that fits many décor styles, from classic to modern.

Oak: The oak color can be an excellent choice for more traditional and rustic interiors. It is a shade of light wood that will liven up the space.

If you order a map, the template is included with the set, but you can purchase additional templates if, at some point, you plan to move the map to another location.

You can return the product in any way you choose, bearing the cost of return shipping.

We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

We will refund your payment within 14 days of your submission of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, using the same payment method you used in the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or until you provide us with proof of the return—depending on which event happens first.

If you would like to submit a complaint, please send a message to the email address: [email protected], with a description of the situation, attaching photos showing damage/defects of the products, and specifying the desired resolution (exchange/refund of money/discount). We will confirm registration of the complaint in a reply message. We will review the complaint no later than within 14 days.

If you have a discount code, you can use it according to its rules. During checkout in the cart, there is a field called “Enter discount code”. Here you must enter your code and confirm—your order value will be automatically reduced.

If the discount code doesn’t work after you enter it, it means that:

• It may have been entered incorrectly.
• Its validity period has expired.

Just enter the code from the Voucher in the “Enter discount code” field and confirm. Your order value will be automatically reduced.
